how do i determine my toxic load?

Your toxic load is the amount of toxins that your body needs to process. By answering the following questions, you may gain some insight as to your current toxic load.

Do you or have you eaten processed foods?

Do you consume genetically altered food?

Do you eat non-organic fruits and vegetables?

Do you eat meat and poultry that are not free range?

Do you or have you ever used artificial sweeteners?

Do you drink soda?

Do the foods you eat have preservatives, additives, dyes, or sweeteners added?

Do you eat fast foods and/or eat out regularly?

Do you charbroil or grill foods?

Do you drink coffee regularly?

Do you drink alcohol?

Do you drink tap water?

how is cleansing different than any other diet?

The RGN Detox is not a diet. It is a program that helps you live a healthier life by cleansing, purifying, nourishing, and maintaining a healthy body and weight.

This 14-day detox emphasizes supplements and whole foods, particularly vegetables, while limiting high-calorie, refined foods, and saturated fats. Nourishing yourself with nutrient-rich foods will provide the complex combination of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are needed to protect the body and promote optimal health.

will i need to go to the bathroom frequently?

You will not feel an urge to go but when you do go, you will most likely rid more than you’re your usual amount. You will also probably go one or two more times than you usually go each day. That way you know it’s working.

will i be hungry?

I do not want you to feel hungry or starving for any length of time more than you usually would. If you are hungry, have a shake or eat veggies or something else that is permitted on the detox. You will be drinking plenty of water too.

can i exercise?

Yes! Not excessively but 3-5 times a week is recommended. There are 21 days in which you have the opportunity to open those exit zones and release all the toxins inside. We do that through sweat, urine, bowel movements, and breath.

how much weight will i lose?

That answer varies for every person. Most people lose anywhere from 4 pounds to 15 pounds depending on size, how much weight they need to lose and how diligent they are to the detox program.
